Although utmost efficiency is taken in processing all online orders, we seek you cooperation in giving us a call to reconfirm your orders. We encourage customers who have urgent orders to place them via phone +6 (012) 203 8855 to avoid any disappointment or inconvenience.

OPERATION HOURS

Our biz is open for business and taking orders on Mondays to Friday from 9.00am – 5.00pm. Limited pre arranged deliveries can be carried out on Saturdays and Sundays. Orders can be made 24 hours a day on this website, but will only be processed on regular office hours.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment is required prior to delivery. We have 2 easy to use methods for payment

• Direct to our Account / Online Direct Transfer via Maybank2u.com – Our account details are provided on our invoices.
• Cheque – Cheques should be made payable to De Secret Garden Cottage – clearance is required prior to delivery.

Please email to us or fax in the bank slip and payment details for confirmation of payment once it has been made together with your name, contact number and correct delivery address.

DELIVERY BY POSTAGE
* Shipping cost is varies according to the weight of total item.

Ordinary Courier / Pos Laju :  
RM 8.00 – RM10.00 (West Malaysia only)
RM15.00 and above (East Malaysia)

We would advice you to allow 3 to 5 working days to receive the item via post.
